The Lincolnshire Showground is located just off the A15 outside the City of Lincoln. ALL Vehicles enter via Gate 1, once on site you will be directed by our crew on where you need to go next.

Taxi pick up will be from the PICKUP POINT BESIDE THE EPIC CENTRE

At present Buses DO NOT drop off at the Showground. IF we get sufficient numbers we will put a shuttle bus on route to be determined. Please complete the form HERE if you intend to use a shuttle bus.

Trains arrive into Lincoln at Lincoln station, St Marys Street, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, LN5 7EW - from there you have direct access to Taxi services and local bus routes. 

If we get enough people needing a shuttle service we will look into arranging one. 

All vehicles on site must be road legal and insured.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to any vehicle that does not meet this standard.

Upstaged Ltd will not accept any responsibility for damage to or loss of property, including vehicles, at the event.  We will not accept liability for personal damages, loss or injuries sustained at the event.  We reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any part of the event and/or Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

Anyone found disrespecting our visitors, our event, our staff and our simple rules will be asked to leave the event for the benefit and safety of others.
