On arrival, pull of the A15 at the Lincolnshire Showground Main Entrance (GATE 1). Proceed along the road were you will be directed to a parking area where you can unload and make your way to the security check point area for bag search and issue of correct wristbands etc

ALL tickets bought for Call of The Wild Festival come under the T&C's HERE - This includes those bought onsite during the event.

Tickets are sold via GIGANTIC ONLY, we do not use resell sites ever. If you cannot attend the event and want to resell your tickets please contact us via email so we can assist. You will need to provide your order number and last 4 digits of the card used to make the original purchase.

UPGRADES can be purchased on top of the Ticket purchase. Upgrades will include, pre-erected specialist Glamping options, VIP Upgrades etc.

ALL campers including those in Campervans/Caravans MUST purchase a CAMPING TICKET for each person in your party.

ALL Vehicles must have a CAR PARK ticket.

Yes, Call of The Wild has developed an outstanding reputation as one of the best family orientated Rock & Metal events on the UK calendar. We firmly believe that we can help inspire the next generation to love music as much as we do.

Call of The Wild is currently sourcing some great activities and events to be taking place during the festival that cater for all ages, please keep an eye open for announcements as we lock in ‘the fun’.

What are the rules on alcohol?

The now legendary Wolfpack Bar is in the Arena inside the Trailblazer Stage Marquee.

NO GLASS is allowed on site.

We will be running our famous cold cans collection of MOTORHEAD BEER service as always. You will be able to order yours HERE very soon.

No alcohol is allowed in the arena unless purchased within.

UNOPENED water bottles are permitted as are your own personal re-usable bottles, please be prepared for them to be checked on entry, there are fresh water taps in the arena & around the campsite for you to re-fill your bottles.

 

No Glassware

No glassware may be brought into the Campsite or Arena. this is contractual with our hosts as the area we use is also an equestrian area. 

Wristbands

All tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry to the Festival.

Wristbands are not transferable between people and are void if cut, removed or tampered with.

No entry will be given without a wristband

Wristbands are only valid for the day(s) booked & are non-refundable 

Wristbands should be treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost and must be worn at all times when on site.

There are no refunds for leaving EARLY.  

Trading

Any unauthorised selling or trading is strictly forbidden and those responsible will be removed from the event.

We reserve the right to alter or amend the programme of events at any time.  All bands, exhibitors and attractions are booked in good faith and details are correct at the time of going to press.

Photography, Video and Audio Recording

Photography and video recording is allowed for personal social media. 

Any form of recording for commercial purposes requires the express permission of Upstaged Ltd.  Unauthorised commercial use of video, audio, photography or other recording will be subject to retrospective licensing fees. 

Your attendance at the event is on the understanding that pictures or video obtained by official press photographers and videographers may be used for promotion or future events and/or media publication or broadcast.

Can I Bring My Dog?

This is always a tough one and there is never an easy answer.

NO animals are permitted on site except registered Guide Dogs and Assistance Dogs.

Assistance dog owners must provide recognised documentation in order to gain access and the dog must be wearing the appropriate collars/vests.
