What are the general site rules?

Be respectful of others around you. 

NO GLASS ON SITE - The entire site is used as an equestrian area, please respect this point, if you are bringing campsite booze with you please make sure you decant it. 

Please maintain the Fire Breaks, you can't miss the white painted lines in the camp site. 

Use the bins provided, there is never any need to throw rubbish on the ground, our site is absolutely stunning, with your help it will stay that way.

Where possible please take your rubbish home with you AND make sure you take your tent etc home as well. 

No Disposable BBQ’s.

Charcoal open flame BBQ’s are permitted but MUST be raised off the floor.

Camping stoves are permitted but MUST be raised of the ground. This is to comply with the Showground regulations.

Please DO NOT touch the lighting towers, they will be switched off each night by festival crew.

There will be random car searches upon entry to the site, everyone will be searched upon entry to the arena.

Anybody carrying weapons, or drugs, will be removed from site immediately. 

Please respect our staff and crew, we cherish the COTW Team and abuse of any kind will result in your removal from the event.

When is the camp site open?

Camping opens on the Thursday at 2pm for VIP TICKET holders ONLY. The site will open for ALL ticket holders on Friday at 8am.  All campers must be off site by Monday noon.

Car parking is in designated areas, not beside tents, however the car park is 2-5 minutes walk from the camping area.

Camping

Your campsite is 2 mins walk from the car park, site entrance and the arena entrance, if really does not get much closer. 

Once you have your wrist band you are free to camp pretty much anywhere you wish on the on the camp site, all we ask is that you maintain the clearly marked fire breaks between rows. 

There will be lighting towers around the site - PLEASE do not touch them - festival crew will shut them down, they are there for everyone's safety at night. 

Remember GLASS is prohibited - please decant into plastic bottles. 

Only camping stoves (including gas) and RAISED barbecue’s are permitted in the campsite, you CANNOT bring BBQ's or stoves of ANY description into the Arena. Due to the fire risk open fires or tinfoil/disposable BBQs that lay directly on the ground will not be permitted. 

A camping ticket per individual will be required for entry. You will need one Car Pass per vehicle for the car park.

There are "Proper" toilet & shower facilities available for everyone, free of charge, please notify a member of the festival crew if you notice any defects. Please treat these facilities with respect and leave them in the condition you would like to find them in.   

Glamping

Glamping is available for everyone as an extra when you purchase a weekend ticket. 

The Glamping "Village" is sited in the back stage area close to the main stages with your own dedicate access to the site (VIA MAIN CAR PARK & GATE H) and into the arena.

Breakfasts/Tea & Coffee will also be available very close by. 

Your Bell tent will erected prior to your arrival and includes Bedding & Pillows, Carpets, Tables, LED Lights, Blankets, Cushions, Bunting, Comfortable beds with access to Luxury Toilets & Showers and a Pamper Tent complete with power outlets for hair dryers etc.

Please note: Glamping Packages do not include festival arena access. Festival tickets are required and will need to be purchased separately HERE

NEW FOR 2025 - Due to popular demand we have worked with the Showground team and we are delighted to be able to offer ELECTRIC HOOK UP as an extra for all glamping tents.

You can book your hook up by scrolling down to the extras on the ticketing page HERE or you can add the full package to our payment plan and spread the cost HERE  

We highly recommend you arrive on site with a hook up adapter, examples of which are available HERE - we cannot provide these for you. 

As with the rest of the site, PLEASE keep the area clear of rubbish, where possible take rubbish home with you. Bins are provided, please use them. 

IF you discover and issue with the toilets or showers, please let us know asap, mention it to Security or one of the Crew as you pass by. Please treat these facilities with respect and leave them in the condition you would like to find them in.

We will not accept liability for personal damages, loss or injuries sustained at the event. 

We reserve the right to alter, amend or cancel any part of the event and/or Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

Anyone found disrespecting our visitors, our event, our staff and our simple rules will be asked to leave the event for the benefit and safety of others.
